Nanna Schittina – Board Member
Vice President
Nanna brings 25 years of planning and management experience to One Full House, Inc. Ten
of those years were spent working with an industry nonprofit supporting automation in the
insurance and health arena. She knows first hand the value of good information, planning
and building a strong team to accomplish change. Not to mention that she has personally
moved 11 times in 22 years.
Helping her own family members sparked her interest in empowering other seniors to make
positive changes in their lives. Nanna started her own business in 2001 that focused on
assisting seniors with downsizing and relocations. For the past 6 years Nanna has been
a motivational speaker, a teacher and an author on senior relocation issues. She is a founding
member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers and served as board secretary.
Since 2001 Nanna has worked with individuals and families and learned to appreciate the
unique circumstances that need to be considered when making later life moves. She has tirelessly
worked to develop “Golden Moves” a strategy that makes it easier for seniors
to make tough decisions.
Nanna has taken her message to the public via adult education classes, Public Access TV
and presentations to senior communities throughout CT, and now through One Full House,
Inc.

“You gain strength, courage, and confidence by
every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face… you must do the
