Pat Kaz – Board Member
Chairperson

Pat brings strong management skills to One Full House, Inc. She has been in the Insurance industry for over 30 years and has managed large projects, budgets and staff. Her management skills are invaluable. Pat has worked with some of the most respected names in the business such as The Aetna, The Hartford Insurance Group, ING and Hanover. At one point Pat was a consultant to a large industry nonprofit and has held responsible positions with multiple consulting assignments both as a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Project Manager.

She is also a big sister to 3 siblings and after the early demise of their parents has tirelessly worked to care for her brothers who live in Nevada.  Pat is keenly aware of the stress that families feel when dealing with chronic illness.  She makes a great effort to ensure her brothers are comfortable and receive the assistance they need from the VA, through communication with Nathan Adelson Hospice, and daily calls and emails with her brothers and sister.

Pat has been a long time volunteer with Suffield House working with the senior community.
